Position Summary We’re seeking a talented and caring leader to join our outpatient team. In addition to direct patient care responsibilities, position ensures that high quality, cost effective services are delivered in support of the organizations strategic plan, goals and objectives. The primary responsibility is approximately 80% patient treatment, and 20% Administrative time. Balances direct patient care responsibilities of role with administrative functions. Proactively manages change to minimize resistance and maximize engagement. Demonstrates the ability to energize stakeholders and sustain their commitment to changes in approaches, processes, and strategies. Qualifications Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of CT Bachelor’s Degree and/or appropriate certifications 3+ years in the field Strong communication skills required – both verbal and written Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as electronic health records and other software applications Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal direction Teamwork and mentoring skills History of strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills We take great care of careers.
