CROMSOURCE - USA - Description: CROMSOURCE has a rare opportunity to join its team in the United States as a Proposals Director for an internal position. Position Duties & Responsibilities: Establishes timelines for the development of the proposal/strategy document and drives the development to completion based on those timelines. Rewrites and/or polishes the content provided by operational contributors to ensure we are using one "voice" and one approach to a customized solution for that potential opportunity in the proposal/strategy document. Drives the Strategy Call to ensure the following occurs: scheduling, agenda development, conference call/strategy session leadership (along with the required BD) and summary notes follow. Interprets and analyzes appropriate data to write proposals that support client solutions Works with the operational strategy leaders to ensure the proposal and related documents align as appropriate to operational strategy and budget Assesses need for graphical content and may provide input as appropriate Works effectively with senior leadership as contributors and/or reviewers Remains aligned with opportunities through client decision. Maintains awareness of opportunities throughout the sales cycle Develops and maintains a library of the proposals content to ensure the efficient and uniform application of changes to the proposal template, with regular, formal reviews scheduled Identifies need for change in process or procedure within department and works with manager and team to develop and implement appropriate changes Escalates issues as appropriate.
