Lexington Housing Authority - Lexington, KY - Maintenance Technician I Custodial and groundskeeping maintenance position open. Work includes cleaning vacant apartments and offices, moving furniture and providing general labor. Applicants should have experience with methods and equipment used in custodial cleaning. Outdoor grounds maintenance required. The ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform moderately heavy manual work required. Should be able to demonstrate good past working relationships with other employees, supervisors and tenants. Must possess a valid KY driver license.
