Homecare RN Case Manager

Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County - Statesville, NC - HOMECARE RN CASE MANAGER A full-time (32 hours/week) R Monday-Friday position is currently available. Salaried RN position is available for coverage of Mooresville Homecare as well as Facilities. Shift is a weekday role from 8:00am – 5:00pm. RN will work between homecare case management and facilities case management. RN will also assist with call rotation and will serve as an active member of the IDG team. An independent self-starter with strong triage skills is required. Competitive salary and full time benefit package also available. Two years nursing experience with home health/hospice and/or facility experience preferred. Advanced understanding of the end-of-life care process required.
