XPO Logistics - Mumbai, Maharashtra - Logistics done differently. The Customer Care Representative is responsible for making outbound scripted scheduling calls after looking at the job details available in the system (DMS). You will provide the customers with information and dates that are available as to when we can deliver and make notes in the system. This position involves heavy phone contact between external customers and contracted drivers.
