Job Description -Windows Marketing is looking for a new team member who is passionate about the end-to-end Windows customer experience. We’re looking for someone who wants build new and better ways to service and support Windows. As Operations Program Manager, you will represent the marketing strategy and plan as you work with sustaining engineering (CXE and Windows Update) as well as our customer support organization (CSS) to ensure a great post-sale customer experience. You will impact the experience of millions of customers!
Qualification Required - Experience in product management or marketing operations program management, especially related to new product launches.
Familiarity with support policies and/or operational requirements across products is helpful
Background in business planning and budgeting
