Job Position - IT Support Analyst
Job Description - This position is part of the team covering the day-to-day running of Release management activities for all of the HP internal SAP applications and is critical to the application transformation and enhancement of these systems. Covering approximately 40 SAP systems which are critical to nearly all of HP processes.
The role will work with the Release and deployment management teams to drive continuous improvement to this process.
The position is pivotal in working closely with all Development teams to improve quality of releases. A key requirement is to be able to provide clear and concise reporting and use that data for driving increased quality in the whole application transformation process. Core Skills

Qualification Required - Good functional knowledge of Release Management processes
Understanding of SAP Transport mechanism.
Basic knowledge of SAP job scheduling.
