How to make Spinach Quinoa Bowl

Step 1

To begin with this recipe boil quinoa in water, drain the excess water and keep it aside. In the meantime blanch the spinach leaves.

Step 2

Next, take a pan and add mustard oil followed by mustard seeds, red chilies, garlic and toss.

Step 3

Then add in spinach, quinoa and cook the dish for 5 minutes. Lastly season with salt and pepper. Enjoy it hot!

60 gm tofu

1/2 mango

1/2 avocados

0 soy sauce as required

How to make Mango Spinach Rice Rolls

Step 1

To make this easy recipe, dab the rice sheets in water and remove the excess water using a kitchen towel. Then place it on a kitchen tray.

Step 2

Next, add some boiled sticky rice in the on the whole rice sheet, place the spinach followed by tofu, mangoes and avocados.

Step 3

Wrap it like a roll and tuck the sides in tightly to close it . Cut it into half or 2inch pieces. Lastly, enjoy with soy and sesame dressing.
