Accesso - Lake Mary, FL - POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who is passionate about full-cycle recruitment for a leading, global technology company. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and is a driven, passionate professional who has a high-level of interest in modern technology architecture. You have an ability to develop and maintain partnerships with people at all levels across an enterprise-level organization. You are able to manage multiple priorities at once, are solutions-oriented, and can communicate effectively. You enjoy learning new things and are fluid in your approach to process. You will be open to recruiting and developing your network in the US, UK, and APAC. In addition to having at least 2 years of technical recruiting experience, you should possess the below skills. Location: United States or United Kingdom; then, you choose what works for you! This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the UK or US, at , or a hybrid version of in-office and remote. Reports to: Recruiting Manager Travel Requirement: up to 10% Responsibilities Include Create and/or edit job descriptions for active and future roles within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Open and post active roles to the ATS as well as partnered job boards and sites. Source outstanding talent and sell them on why accesso is an employer of choice. This is a “Hunter” role and most of the candidates we target are passive. Conduct phone interviews with candidates to access whether they have the minimum functional and technical skills, communication ability, and cultural fit to thrive at accesso. WOW candidates with an awesome candidate experience from your initial contact to the candidate being closed. Being you are likely the first contact they have with accesso, make a memorable first impression. Be an advisor. Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring teams on the state of the market. Meeting facilitation and/or participation with hiring managers and hiring teams, to include division Presidents and executives, to offer guidance, review job requirements during intake, review applicants, discuss interview feedback or offer packets, and more. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, from phone screens through to final leadership rounds. Collect and complete employment reference checks from applicants who make it to the final stage of the interview process. Gather necessary documentation such as Compiled Interview Feedback to submit in Offer Packet for escalation to leadership for approval. Communicate pertinent information (i.e. delayed start dates, salary negotiation, etc) regarding offers and potential new hires to HR Generalist, Recruiting Manager as well as hiring team(s) when necessary. Participate in local and virtual outreach events such as Career Fairs and Technical User Group Meetups Support Talent Acquisition and Recruiting leaders with special projects, such as onsite tours with local colleges and Interview Events, as necessary. Bonus Points: * Previous experience sourcing and/or recruiting for a SaaS-based organization.
