Prysmian Group - Highland Heights, KY - We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to coordinate all activities as they relate to talent acquisition including sourcing and recruitment, interviewing, screening, and testing of applicants, recruitment agency/RPO sourcing and management. In This Role, You Will Partner closely with the global TA team on related programs, procedures, practices, and administration. Provide strategic leadership in assessing the needs of both the hiring managers, existing and potential employees, as well as the overall business goals to ensure that the organization's recruiting processes, talent initiatives and implementations are executed with compliance, efficiency, and innovation in mind. Team Overview and Job Responsibilities Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers and RPO, maintaining consistent communication and updates as a liaison between all parties. Exhibit issue resolution by responding to requests with a strong sense of urgency Execute administrative tasks, including reporting, resume shortlisting, assignment tracking, and invoice approvals Continually develop a recruiting strategy based on short- and long-term company goals. Responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience during hiring process and supporting business/client relationships. Oversight of recruiting analytics, including trend analysis, forecasting, and utilizing data in decision making process and keeping stakeholders informed. Manage the Applicant Tracking System ("ATS") and act as the subject matter expert (SME) for internal users. Drive interview process to ensure effective timeline by hiring team; Ensure compliance with federal and state laws/regulations that impact the recruiting/hiring process across enterprise Work collaboratively with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to set strategy on branding and to achieve diversity goals Manage job descriptions including developing, modifying, or reviewing recommended changes. Effectively and proactively manage the requirements and functions related to the Affirmative Action Plans for all locations Develops EEO policy statements, affirmative action (AA) programs, and internal and external communication procedures. Coordinate annual compliance audits of human resources and recordkeeping practices to identify potential AAP/EEO problems. Manage the on-boarding process as well as new hire orientation and become a key stakeholder in maintaining its integrity. Support HR Department as needed and perform other related duties as assigned Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Qualifications A bachelor s degree is required. 8+ years of recruiting and HR generalist experience Ideal candidate should have a proven track record of implementing innovative strategies that efficiently improve key recruitment metrics. Proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Office suite, and applicant tracking systems Experience with Workday, specifically the recruiting module, preferred Knowledge of best hiring practices applicable to state and federal laws. Experience working with Affirmative Action Plans Experience working in a global business environment. Organize and prioritize multiple, competing priorities to maximize personal and team effectiveness Have the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of an organization and diverse cultures; ability to build productive relationships. Have tolerance for ambiguity and a successful track record demonstrating organization agility; be knowledgeable about how organizations work; know how to get things done through formal channels and the informal network.
