Iran restores just a fifth of power to Gwadar, crown jewel of CPEC https://ift.tt/1uUAKyL depends on Iran for supply of electricity to key areas in Balochistan where Gwadar Port is located. Gwadar Port is key pillar of CPEC and jewel in the crown of the mega connectivity corridor. Power supply to Turbat, Panjgur and Gwadar districts of Pakistan's Makran division has been badly affected after Iran suspended power supply to these areas, ET has learnt. Iran traditionally supplies 100 MW of electricity to the Makran division.
