Uber - Gurgaon, Haryana - We are looking for a Senior Manager to help us develop, launch and optimise courier experience and engagement processes for Uber Eats India SA. As a part of the central team, the individual would be working closely with regional operations, city operations, rides, legal, policy, strategic finance, product, community operations, business development and other cross functional teams. The individual would be responsible for designing and executing processes, projects, communications, and experiments driven by a deep and analytical understanding of our business. This will include launch and maintenance of scaled processes while optimising existing processes, such as the development and management of initiatives targeting courier quality, defect rate, welfare and experience.
